Guests at last night’s sold-out wine dinner at Siena were treated to Chef Harvey’s classic Osso Buco (above) paired with single-vineyard Barolo Cannubi — one of Italy’s most coveted and collectible wines.
Owner Stan Adams presented not one but two of Italy’s most celebrated winemakers from the Einaudi and Marcarini estates in Piedmont.
And Chef Harvey also prepared a show-stopping Piedmontese risotto with Castelmagno cheese that had been delivered by hand — literally — from Italy especially for the occasion.
