Taste Barbaresco September 17 at Siena

Those are Nebbiolo grapes, above. That’s the variety used to make Italy’s most famous wines: Barolo and Barbaresco from Piedmont (northwest Italy).

On Monday, September 17, Chef Harvey’s Piedmont food and wine pairing menu will feature Barbaresco by one of the appellation’s leading producers, Castello di Neive.

The wines are extraordinary and extraordinarily delicious!
