It’s only natural that people think of Tuscany and Tuscan cuisine when they crave classic landfood: steak, wild boar, venison, and hearty meat sauces over pasta.

But a lot of folks don’t realize that Tuscany lies on the coast of the Mediterranean. The region is one of Italy’s top destinations for seafood as well.
