Carne ai Ferri: Chef Harvey’s new Tuscan grill menu
We are thrilled to announce that Chef Harvey has just launched his new “Carne ai Ferri” menu, featuring Tuscan-style steaks, chops, and filets.
The word carne means meat or meats in Italian.
And ferri means literally irons as in the iron rods of a grill.
Chef Harvey’s menu includes classic cuts like the bistecca fiorentina and a 16-ounce bone-in grass-fed veal chop (among others). Each cut is meticulously prepared using extra-virgin olive oil and sea salt and is served with rosemary potatoes and sautéed spinach — in classic Tuscan style!
