You just never know what Chef Harvey and his kitchen team are cooking up.

His staff and he are always experimenting with classic Tuscan recipes, like the “pici” in the photo above, hand-rolled long noodles served with a ragù (meat sauce).

Pici are traditionally served in southern Siena province (Italy) in places like Montalcino, where this humble but delicious dish is often paired with wines like Brunello.
