“One of the things I really love about Tuscan cuisine is the simplicity,” says Siena Ristorante Toscana Chef Harvey Harris who began his long career in Italian fine dining working in Tuscany.

“We take high quality ingredients and use just the right amount of sea salt and extra virgin olive oil to enhance and coax out the natural flavors already present.”

“At Siena we grill and roast with a wood fired grill and oven. This imparts an incredible smokey rich flavor to everything from simple rustic potatoes to our wood grilled sea scallops.”
