Gluten free menu at Siena

A note from Chef Harvey…

As any Chef in the restaurant business today will tell you, the request for gluten free menu items comes up everyday.

Unfortunately people don’t really perceive Italian food as being gluten free, But fortunately for us, the cuisine of the Tuscan region is based largely on grilled meats, seafood, many different types of beans, potatoes and fresh vegetables.

Here at Siena our menu, as it stands, is 85% gluten free and 95% of it can be made gluten free upon request. So next time you crave Italian cuisine without the wheat, come see us!
