At Siena’s November 7 wine dinner featuring the wines of Ravenswood and honoring legendary winemaker Joel Peterson, Chef Harvey Harris created his menu as “a continuation,” as he put it, of the flavors of these amazing wines.

One of the most thrilling pairings was Chef Harvey’s slow roasted lamb ribs which was accompanied by a light blackberry reduction.

“The wine should reflect the flavors of the wines and be their continuation,” he explained. The combination was BRILLIANT!

Thanks again, Chef Harvey, for all the hard work you put into these amazing dinners and the spectacular menus you deliver. You have made Siena Ristorante Toscana Austin’s number-one destination for the top winemaker from across the world!
