Above: Chef Harvey out did himself, as always, with “crostini with pea and pancetta purée, white corn polenta fritelle with goat cheese cream and grilled leeks, and a seafood terrine of lump crab, Gulf Shrimp and Redfish in a red chili-orange oil.”
