Siena’s new pasty chef Yolanda Diaz

Siena’s new Pastry Chef, Yolanda Diaz, is no stranger to the Siena kitchen.

After attending Austin’s Cordon Bleu School Yolanda chose Siena for her externship sight.

After completing her stage at Siena she traveled to Albi in the South of France where she worked at the Michelin-Starred Restaurant L’Epicurien.

With a finely tuned palate and an eye for detail, she has now brought to Siena the fruits of her labor.

Her additions to the dessert menu are visually stunning and complex in flavor, in other words, delicious.
