Siena wins Texas Fall Fest honor

The Texas Fall Fest & Wine Auction kicked off Friday night November 17 with “Sip and Stroll with Central Texas Chef’s, wineries and artisan producers at Horseshoe Bay Resort Yacht Club.”

Out of the 20-plus restaurants and manufacturers participating Siena’s Wild Game Terrine with blackberry-juniper gastrique and Parmesan frico grabbed 3rd place.

Lantana Grill’s Buffalo Tenderloin with huckleberries, goat cheese and Pickled pepper came in 1st, followed by Quality Seafood’s outstanding Bouillabaisse captured 2nd place.
