Scenes from last night’s Ravenswood dinner

The Ravenswood Dinner with Director of Wine Making Stuart Henry was a huge success last night at Siena. 47 people attended and all had a great time. We tasted their Vintner’s s Blend Petite Syrah. Lodi and Napa County Zinfandels, and Single Vineyard Zinfandel’s from Telseschi and Dickerson. And ended with their two most limited and special wines, Old Hill Zinfandel from the oldest vineyard in Sonoma and ICON MIxed Blacks, a huge powerful blend of Zinfandel and Rhone Varietals.

Chef Harvey’s Menu was incredible, highlighted by a Braised Venison Shank Osso Buco and Grilled Leg of Lamb with Mushroom Ragu.
